POLICIES – WEB APPTS- For Paid Appointments
These policies are applicable for patients who have booked their appointment online through We Care Multispeciality Hospital, Rohtak.
This includes two types of patients:

PO: Patients who have paid for their appointment online.

PAV: Patients who have booked a free appointment online and will pay at the time of visit.
Cancellation Policy for OP & PAV

Appointments can be cancelled only 1 day (date-wise) before the set date and time by the patient online.

However, appointments can be cancelled at any time by the hospital helpdesk / registration desk.

After cancellation, the complete amount will be refunded to the patient (excluding registration charges).

No cancellation charge will be taken from the patient.

The patient shall be refunded the amount within 15 working days post cancellation request.
Rescheduling Policy for OP & PAV

Patients are entitled to cancel the bookings made prior to 24 hours from the appointment date and time. The amount will be refunded within 15 working days from the cancellation request.

We use a third-party payment gateway for processing payments. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment gateway, in addition to these Terms.

We do not control and are not liable for the security or performance of the payment gateway. Patients agree to pay us, through the payment gateway, all charges at the rates then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
No Show Policy for OP
If the patient has paid for an appointment and has not shown up for the same during the entire day, the transaction amount will be refunded (excluding the registration charges). Only the transaction cost will be deducted.
Refund Policy

If the patient wishes to cancel the appointment, the cancellation policy mentioned above will apply.

If a patient has requested a refund, the request will be sent to the hospital administrator, who will investigate the concern and process the refund accordingly.

Patients are entitled to cancel the bookings made prior to 24 hours from the appointment date and time. The amount will be refunded within 15 working days from the cancellation request.

1.99% of the total fee will be deducted for gateway charges.

In case of cancel / reschedule / no-show, refund will be processed excluding registration charges.

The registration fee will be transferred to We Care Multispeciality Hospital’s registration system, and the remaining refundable amount will be credited to the patient’s bank account.

To refund the entire amount including registration charges, an authorized email approval will be required.

We use a third-party payment gateway for processing payments due to us. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment gateway, in addition to these Terms.

We do not control and are not liable for the security or performance of the payment gateway. The patient agrees to pay through the payment gateway all charges at the rates in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms.

For No Show / Cancel / Reschedule online appointments – refunds will be applicable for transactions done after 10th November 2025.
General Terms and Conditions

Patients are requested to be present at least 15 minutes before the appointment time.

The hospital will make every effort to honor all appointments. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond control, the appointment may be delayed or rescheduled.

The appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours before the appointment time. Rescheduling can only be done online.

If the user fails to appear for the appointment after booking it online, no refund will be processed. The hospital is liable to forfeit the entire amount paid against such booking.

In case of Video Consultation, if the patient does not log in to their assigned account for any reason, the hospital is not liable to refund the amount paid.
The refund is feasible after proper scrutiny and investigation of records by the authorized person of the hospital in the following conditions:

Poor internet connectivity from our side.

Non-availability of the doctor at the given time.

Dissatisfaction with the consultation or interaction with the doctor, subject to review and approval of the hospital authority.
Privacy Policy

By using our website or online appointment services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and authorize We Care Multispeciality Hospital to collect, store, and process your information for the purpose of healthcare delivery, communication, and record maintenance.
We use your information solely to improve our services and ensure continuity of care. Your data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing via authorized gateways.
